Bowling Mad Pro Shop is owned and run by Chris Bateup. A bowler with more than 30 years experience, Chris has represented his state numerous times and won several state and national tournaments. He is also currently an accredited Bronze level coach with Tenpin Bowling Australia.
Chris has been drilling and coaching for 15 years and his passion for tenpin bowling and knowledge of the game is the bedrock of his expertise.
Bowling Mad is located at Bowlarama Wetherill Park where both Chris and his wife Annette work and ensure that league and competition bowlers receive the attention and respect they deserve, both on and off of the lanes.

OUR BOWLERS
The most important part of our work is our bowlers. We are particularly proud of the achievements of our Wetherill Park family and also our customers that come to us for equipment and coaching from all over NSW. We are lucky to have witnessed some of our juniors, seniors, disabled and open bowlers reach their personal goals and compete successfully in league, local tournaments, at a national level and even representing Australia overseas.

Jesse Clover Western Sydney Cup champ!
Jesse started off by making the top 20 cut by just 3 pins. The next 4 game block started with a 149 followed by an even 700 series of 256,243,201. The next 4 games of 160,197, 248 and 238 nudged him up to 2nd spot by 1 pin from where he took the title!

We are so proud of her and wish Jess all the best on the upcoming Asian Junior Tenpin Bowling Championships in Malaysia this June.
Medals at Asian Zone Seniors!
Julie Harrison and Jamie Carroll both medalled at the the 17th Asian Zone Senior Championships in Singapore. Julie took home a gold in singles, bronze in teams and doubles and a silver in all events. while Jamie bagged a bronze in the doubles.
